The room was warm and cozy, with a fridge and kettle provided. The soundproofing on the balcony door was impressive. the staff member who checked me in was very accommodating and allowed for a late check-out.
The shower had no border, causing water to flood the entire bathroom floor. The smell of cigarettes was pervasive, possibly due to poor ventilation.

The hotel was conveniently located close to transportation and easy to access. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out. the room had a fridge and kettle, making it easy to make coffee or store drinks, and the soundproof door kept out street noise.
The bathroom lacked a border in the shower, making the floor constantly wet and inconvenient.

Had an Easter stay at a hotel recently and found the key location perfect for exploring the city easily. the staff member who checked us in was kind enough to allow us to check out a little later, giving us more time to rest before hitting the town. Plus, the balcony door blocked out most of the noise from the city.
The shower in our room had no border, causing us all sorts of inconvenience with water spilling everywhere and rendering it impossible to have a litter box. the cigarette smell in the bathroom was unbearable, and seemed to come from the ventilation.

Friendly staff, good amenities, and pet-friendly. I loved that the female staff member who checked me in was accommodating and allowed me to stay past check-in time. The room, although small, had a fridge and kettle for my convenience. Plus, my cats were welcome here, a big plus.
All was perfect.
